My name is Esther Nthenya Mwendwa.
I’m an accomplished Corporate leader and Image Consultant, with over 15 years of experience in the textile and manufacturing industry.
The founder of Heish Flavors which is a food and beverage processing company dealing in value addition of sauces, isotonic electrolyte drinks and juices. I am also the founder of Delvis Xclusive, a chain of high-end boutiques and a household brand name in Kenya.
My heart desires to serve humanity as I’m an avid believer that Service to humanity is service to God. As an active member of the Kenya National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KNCCI) over the years, I have realized a gap in corporate-government linkages, sustainable gender inclusion and parastatal branding that stand to benefit the economic landscape of Kenya I hope to address adequately. Consequently, I’m also involved in various charities and social development initiatives. I am the founder and executive director of GWeza, a non-profit organization working with special needs children and young adults living with disabilities. Other Ministries and charitable projects I am involved in, include Johari foundation, Familia Moja Children’s Home and Butterfly vocational training school for young adults living with disabilities.
I have been honored to receive various leadership appointments and honors including an award in Washington Dc by Integrity international for my contributions. The key leadership roles I hold include:
